All garments will be delivered in perfect condition free of any manufacturing defaults, garments not meeting customers expectation before been worn may be exchanged within 7 days in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee if customer has ordered wrong style or size. 

Garments will perform to standards outlined on labeling for a period of 2 year only if care instructions are followed and garments are maintained. Any faults to garments once worn must be reported to the with photographic evidence of fault. Neilsen will investigate problem within 48 hours then decide if garments should be replaced due to fabric, component or construction defect. 

We will not replace garments that have been damaged in the field unless by prior arrangement a charge of $25.00 plus shipping we can offer a 7 day repair service. Customer must accept garment will not be as waterproof in repaired area as when purchased.
